Staffing and Organizational Structure

KELC Leadership Team partners comprise the following roles:

--Fiscal Agent: Child Care Aware® of Kansas serves as the fiscal agent responsible for managing and reporting grant funds, receiving requests and submitting payments to partners for services rendered. Child Care Aware® of Kansas is the state network office that coordinates Child Care R&R district offices that serve 105 Kansas counties.
--Program Evaluation: Kansas Head Start Association serves as the program evaluation manager coordinating all evaluation components of the grant, working closely with the University of Kansas as evaluation contractor. KU facilitates the evaluation process: data collection, analysis, and reporting.

--Human Resource Manager: Kansas Children’s Service League serves as human resource manager and employer, providing office space, and direct supervision of the KELC Project Director and Communications Coordinator.
