Goal 3 - Increase Collaboration

Objectives

1. Maintain the KELC model of collaboration to which all community providers receiveing ECBG funds are held accountable.

2. Develop an evidence-based model for integrated and collaborative screening and referral systems that includes family input.

3. Provide technical assistance to strengthen collaboration.

4. Facilitate the implementation of KELC work plans in 12 counties.

5. Implement an online system for tracking KELC outcomes and objectives.

6. Increase the number of county providers sharing resources as a result of KELC funding.
