2012 KELC Report Due Dates
Goal 1: Increase Access
Increase access to high-quality, evidence-based services to at-risk pregnant women, infants and toddlers in un-served and under-served counties throughout the state.
Goal 2: Increase Quality
Increase the quality of evidence-based early childhood services for families with children prenatal to age five that are at risk for school failure.
Goal 3: Increase Collaboration
Evaluate and improve collaboration and service integration among the early childhood partners in 12 counties in Kansas.
Goal 4: Improve Outcomes
Improve outcomes for children, parents and families in 12 counties in Kansas.
How are KELC Goals and Objectives Measured?
Outcomes of KELC service delivery are measured and evaluated for effectiveness by KELC evaluator, Chantelle Dowsett, PhD., Center for Research Methods and Data Analysis at the University of Kansas, and the Kansas Children's Cabinet and Trust Fund.
KELC implements components of the Kansas Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Plan (KECCS)the Kansas Strengthening Families Plan (SFP).
